I designed TrackGo, a concept app aimed at improving the public transport experience in Sarajevo. This project focused on creating an intuitive interface with real-time GPS tracking for buses, trains, electric buses, and scooters, helping users navigate the city's transport options more efficiently. I also developed an info tab with brief descriptions for each transport type, specifically designed to assist first-time users and tourists.

We began with research to understand commuter needs—what types of transport they use, the issues they encounter, and how they currently plan their journeys. With this information, we developed a user-friendly app concept that provides real-time GPS tracking, intuitive route planning, and an info tab that educates users about the city’s transport system.
